These are frozen meat seekh kebabs seasoned and shaped for quick cooking, offering the smoky, charcoal‑style flavour typical of traditional grilled kebabs from the Indian subcontinent. Seekh kebabs are cylindrical minced meat skewers spiced with herbs and seasonings — now conveniently ready to cook straight from frozen. 

Ingredients:

• Minced mutton (~45 %) and minced chicken (~35 %) form the base of the kebab mix.
• Onion (~11 %) adds moisture and sweetness.
• Breadcrumbs (~4 %) (from wheat flour, yeast, salt, water) help bind the mixture.
• Seasonings include salt, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and a blend of spices that enhance savoury flavour and aroma.  

Texture & flavour:

Once cooked, these kebabs have a juicy, tender interior with a savoury, aromatic profile and the added charcoal flavour imparts a subtle smoky note reminiscent of traditional grill cooking. 

Preparation & cooking:

• Pan frying: Heat a little oil in a non‑stick pan and cook the frozen kebabs on high heat for about 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
• Microwave: Place kebabs in a microwave‑safe dish with a lid and heat at ~600 W for ~1–2 minutes, then let rest before serving.
• Always ensure kebabs are hot throughout before eating.  

Storage:

Keep frozen at −18 °C or below until ready to cook. Do not refreeze once thawed.
