These are frozen chicken seekh kebabs seasoned and shaped ready for quick cooking at home. The “charcoal” designation refers to a smoky, grilled‑style flavour typical of kebabs cooked over charcoal, which adds depth and richness to the meat — even when pan‑fried or microwave‑heated. Seekh kebabs are a classic dish from the Indian subcontinent made from spiced minced meat formed into cylindrical shapes on skewers or molds. 

Ingredients:

• Minced chicken (approx. 80 %) as the main protein.
• Onion (~11 %) and spices (ginger, garlic, coriander, salt and other seasonings).
• Breadcrumbs (~3 %) (wheat flour, yeast, salt, water) help bind the kebab.  

Texture & flavour:

Once heated, these kebabs have a juicy, tender beef‑like texture from the seasoned minced meat and a smoky, mildly spicy savoury profile enhanced by the charcoal flavouring. They’re ideal as appetizers, snacks, or part of a main meal. 

Preparation & cooking:

• Pan‑frying: Heat a little fat in a non‑stick pan and fry the frozen kebabs on high heat for about 3–5 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through and browned.
• Microwave: Place frozen kebabs in a microwave‑safe dish with a lid and heat at ~600 W for ~1–2 minutes, then let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
• These kebabs can also be grilled or air‑fried if preferred.  

Storage:

Keep frozen at −18 °C or below until ready to cook. Do not refreeze once thawed
