Return Policy
Returning an Item
Due to the risk of cross-contamination and for health and hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
1. The product received is not the product ordered (excluding differences in packaging only).
2. The product was delivered with a defect.
3. The product has passed its best-before date, and this was not stated on the website at the time of purchase.
4. The item is unopened and the seal remains intact.
• Opened items or items with a broken seal after delivery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
• If an item arrives in poor condition, please contact our customer service immediately.
5. The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.
How to Return an Item
To return an eligible item, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact our customer service team.
2. You will receive a return form by email.
3. Complete the return form and include it in the return shipment.
4. Ensure all items to be returned are included and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5. Drop off the package at the designated drop-off location according to the instructions provided by customer service.
6. Retain proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to one of the following reasons:
1. The product received is not the product ordered (excluding packaging changes only).
2. The product was delivered with a broken seal or other defect.
3. The product has passed its best-before date.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, excluding frozen or fresh products.
Conditions for withdrawal:
• Products must be unused and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
• The direct costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
We aim to refund all payments, excluding return shipping costs, within 7 days after receiving the returned order.
You are responsible for any reduction in value of the items resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Any such depreciation may be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to withhold a refund until we have received the returned items or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
